Accessibility
Last reviewed 1 August 2026.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA on localhost:8080. Group travel regularly involves travellers with mobility and other needs, so this matters to us beyond compliance.
On the website
- Semantic headings and landmarks throughout.
- Full keyboard operation, including the search panel, group-size stepper and filters.
- Visible focus indicators meeting contrast requirements.
- Text and interface contrast checked against AA thresholds.
- Labelled form controls with errors announced to assistive technology.
- Animation suppressed when your system requests reduced motion.
- Layouts that reflow to 320px without horizontal scrolling.
In the booking process
Wheelchair assistance, mobility support, oxygen, service animals, dietary needs and seating requirements are recorded on the booking when you tell us, and passed to every operating carrier on the itinerary. Some of these need airline approval with lead time, so the earlier we know, the better. If a request cannot be met on a routing, we will say so and propose one where it can.
Known limitations
- Airline logos come from carrier feeds; alternative text falls back to the airline name where none is supplied.
- Seat maps are inherently visual. Call (855) 817-3532 and a planner will select seats with you.
- Some payment fields are rendered by our processor and we cannot alter their markup directly. We report issues to them as we find them.
Booking by phone
Everything on this site can be done by phone with a planner at the same price. If the interface is a barrier, that is a good reason to call — (855) 817-3532.
Reporting a barrier
Email [email protected] with the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology and browser you were using. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to offer a workaround while we fix it.
