What helps most in the message

• Roughly how many people, and whether that number is firm.
• Which cities they are coming from — one, or several.
• Where you are going and when, or the window if dates are open.
• Anything that is not negotiable: a wedding date, a conference start, a feast day.
• If this is about an existing booking, the reference — ours begin with MSK.
